Entrepreneurs and anyone who has ever dreamed of opening their own shop should attend the Downtown Open House next Friday to explore the potential of opening a business in downtown Greenville. Main Street Greenville is putting together an event in order to help promote business development in the historic downtown district. They will be hosting an "open house" during which 7 available storefronts will be open for potential business owners to tour. If someone is interested in opening a business in downtown Greenville they are able to see multiple locations at one time instead of making several separate appointments. The list of locations and information about each property will be available the night of the event. Attendees should stop into the Darke County Welcome center located at 421 S. Broadway to receive a list of the addresses. This event will be held on Friday, July 26th from 4 - 6 pm.
They will also be partnering with local government and economic development organizations to provide information regarding business planning, commercial financing, and required city and state permitting in order to facilitate a comprehensive and convenient experience for would-be business owners.
Main Street Greenville would like to thank Second National Bank for sponsoring this free event and supporting small business development!
